Stars and stripes....Crafty creations challenge

Over on the Scrappers Delight forum i have joined in the fun with a card group and for our first swap the theme is" 4th July" decided to go down a traditional route ,although roughed up and shabby, lol.
Downloaded some free papers added a cocktail stick for a flag pole, wooden star altered with paper, stitching cause i luv the sewing machine and as my youngest Kane said"wheres the fireworks?"added some glitter to the stars and stripes for a wee bit off sparkle.
Over at Crafty Creations the theme this week is Stars and Stripes so going to enter it into the challenge.
Thank you for stopping by
